Mobile Home Eligibility

A phone call to (623) 253-7871 is the first step. Tell us the address, size, and whether it’s on a private lot or in a mobile home park. If it qualifies, we’ll start getting permits.

We Visit The Property!

We’ll drive out and walk your property. We check the slope, access for the trailer, and whether the floor is safe to walk on. Once we’ve seen it, we can put a removal date on the calendar.

It Gets Done!

On the removal day, our trailer shows up, and when we leave, the mobile home is gone. Most removals wrap up in a single day, sometimes two for the larger double-wides.
